Rush 101: Parent's Edition
Our Parent Mini Course gives parents the clarity and confidence they need during recruitment. In three concise modules, we cover recruitment basics, how to best support your daughter, and what life after Bid Day really looks like. Includes video lessons, a Recruitment Week Survival PDF, and access to our parent support Facebook group.

No-Pressure Entry Call (15 mins)
Our No-Pressure Entry Call is a relaxed, introductory conversation with our founder designed to help you explore if Bid Bound is the right fit. You’ll get to know each other, hear a brief overview of our services, and learn more about her recruitment expertise.
1:1 PNM Prep Session (60 mins)
Our 1:1 PNM Prep Call is a private, hour-long strategy session with our founder, Rhama, designed entirely around you. We can cover mindset prep, conversation guidance, outfit support, resume review, Rush 101 insights, awkward situations, and calming nerves ; giving you personalized clarity, confidence, and a clear plan for recruitment.
1:1 PNM Prep Follow Up (30 mins)
Our 30-Minute Follow-Up Call offers continued support after your 1:1 session, giving you space to revisit anything that feels confusing or newly relevant. It’s the perfect time to review outfits, resumes, or conversation skills — while reinforcing confidence and fine-tuning your strategy as recruitment approaches.
1:1 Parent Guidance Session (60 mins)
Our 1:1 Parent Support Call is a private session designed to give you clarity and confidence during recruitment. We’ll walk through the basics, what the week will look like, and how to best support your daughter. Ask questions, gain insight into her experience, and leave feeling informed, calm, and prepared.
Dual Session (60 mins)
Our Dual Parent + PNM Call brings both of you together for a collaborative, clarity-focused session. We’ll cover pre-recruitment prep and key rush insights so everyone feels informed and aligned. Ask your questions, ease concerns, and leave with shared understanding, confidence, and a clear plan moving forward.
Group Sessions (60 mins)
Our Group Session is a one-hour live call (2–5 mother-daughter pairs) designed to give you expert guidance in a supportive, collaborative setting. We’ll cover recruitment basics, prep strategy, mindset tips for PNMs, and parent support guidance — plus answer common questions. It’s an affordable, insightful way to prepare together.
Practice Recruitment Conversation (20 mins)
Our Recruitment Round Practice Call is a focused, 20-minute mock session designed to build real confidence. Practice philanthropy, sisterhood, or pref conversations with Rhama, followed by a personalized debrief. You’ll rehearse answering questions, understand conversation flow, and refine what to ask — so you walk into rounds calm, polished, and prepared.
Social Resume Review (20 mins)
Our 20-Minute Social Resume Review is a quick but powerful strategy session designed to elevate your application. Submit your resume in advance, and Rhama will walk you through what’s strong, what needs refinement, and what to add to stand out — so your resume feels polished, intentional, and recruitment-ready.
Post Recruitment Support Session (30 mins)
Our Post-Recruitment Support Session is a 30-minute guidance call designed to help you move forward with clarity and confidence- no matter your outcome. Whether you’re exploring informal recruitment, looking for other campus involvement, or struggling to feel at home in your chapter, you’ll leave with direction, reassurance, and a plan. Optional 30-minute add-on available for deeper support.

Recruitment Week Support (limited availability)
Our Recruitment Week Support is a high-touch, limited-availability experience designed for PNMs who want expert guidance every step of the way. With structured, on-call support, end-of-day debriefs, pre-voting strategy calls, and optional daily parent check-ins, you’ll never navigate recruitment week alone — just calm, confident, real-time support.
